Crossover Intensity/Speed & Agility
This class is offered to any player in 5th-8th Grade that is looking to work on their ball-handling while pairing it with agility workouts. This is a great way for players to not only work on a critical skill (ball-handling) but for them to stay conditioned as well. Players will work on their ball-handling through drills that are completed both stationary and in transition while working both their dominate and non-dominate hand.
The Speed & Agility portion of this class is a great way for players to stay in shape during the school season. Often times teams are so focused on X's and O's in-season that agility and conditioning gets thrown to the side. Don't let that happen to you!
